'People came together, motivated to show that the behaviour of the minority did not reflect that of the majority' Hometown Glory, by Jerome Ghartey, Quincey Williams, Jaili Gibson, Sthefany Campoverde, Courtney Carr, Natasha Minto, Shannon Kao, Jack Meadham, Paris Beardhman, Shannon Beardham and Luke Dixontakes (15 - 18) takes an in depth look at the Summer riots in London in 2011. Through media footage, interviews with local residents and youth and community workers, this documentary looks at the reasons for, and reactions to, these events that shocked London. Produced by the British Film Institute in 2012 as part of a bursary scheme with Exposure Magazine, who work with young people in North London.
