“Where did you want to be then? Where were you going? Do we always come back when we want to slip away?” A. Stasiuk A lot happened in the last year though it brought little fresh air. Trams and night busses, walking in the rain – I remain a tourist, lost, looking for my own place, an oasis where I could have a gulp of fresh air, feel at home. Sway is a photographic story about being lost in oneself and the unexplored space around. It is a portrait of my friends, met most probably on purpose and surely by accident. It is a clipping of another walk, another space that I try to tame. It is the presentation of a state in the moment when the sense of going further is lost, when one cannot move on. When the present time is burdened with a sentiment for the past. When it is easier to understand those drawn towards their fall who choke on reality.
