Why is the tenant’s status so precarious and can activist initiatives bring about a change in housing policies in Croatia? We are discussing this topic with Sandra Benčić, an MP and a representative of the political option which openly advocates housing policies that would contribute to the security and affordability of rental housing, and Antonija Komazlić from Right to the City, who manages the Facebook group Tenants for Tenants, which informs those who rent about the rights arising from their status.
